Data Deletion Instructions | DIVINE

Per GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure), you have the right to request deletion of all personal data we maintain about you.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to luka.bzik@divine.co.rs with the following information:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request — DIVINE"
• Your full name
• Email address used for orders or account
• Confirmation statement: "I request deletion of all my personal data per GDPR Article 17."

Processing Time

We will process and confirm your data deletion within 30 days of receipt of your request.

What Gets Deleted

• Account information (name, email, address)
• Order history (subject to legal retention requirements where applicable)
• Marketing communication preferences
• Any saved payment information

Exclusions

Certain transaction records may be retained per Serbian Law on Accounting (Article 16, 5-year retention period) and tax law obligations. These records cannot be deleted prior to expiration of the statutory retention period.

Facebook / Instagram Login Users

If you signed up or interacted with DIVINE via Facebook or Instagram login, this deletion request will remove your data from our systems. You may also request data deletion directly from Meta at facebook.com/help/contact/540977946302970.
